Hi, when you save a photo, the new photo should be saved to the same directory as the original unless you specify an alternative directory on the save dialog box. If you are unable to find your saved photos try setting the directory manually (available in 1.4). You can do this by selecting "Other..." from the directory option and then navigating in to the directory you want then press the blackberry key and select "Select Current Directory". Common directories are:-

/store/home/user/pictures. - this is the main location on the internal memory.
/SDCard/BlackBerry/Pictures. - this is the main location on the SD card.

As for frames, instagram was very clever when they choose to force the user to crop and resize the photo for a fixed aspect effect and frame. We been investigating frame and it's difficult to allow for any photo aspect ratio. So it is being looked at.

Where on earth are my saved photos? I save them back into my pictures folder, but they're nowhere to be found! It's ridiculous. I'm getting a Blackberry Torch to replace my Bold - will I have the same problem? Will it ever be fixed?! Also, being able to add borders to the photos (like those in instagram) would be nice as well :)

Thank you for the feedback. We'll investigate the option of including twitter pics as a sharing option. One thing that may help improve the experience is that from version 1.3 we added the "Edit in PixTrix" menu option inside the standard BlackBerry photo viewer. This helps make PixTrix accessible in the photo viewer along side existing sharing options inside the standard photo viewer.

I am Japanese BB user. I love this app.
I suggest please add "share to twitter" menu if you can.
I hope to hear from you.

This is such a great resource that you are providing and you give it away for free. I enjoy seeing websites that understand the value of providing a prime resource for free. I truly loved reading your post. Thanks!
